From a selected item to a documented handover
This service starts with an identified item or supplier, rather than an open-ended search. Send the product link, model, size, colour, quantity and the features that matter. Tell us whether a seller should ship to an agreed recipient or whether an in-person collection is needed. We confirm the location and person before accepting a delivery or arranging a purchase. If the sample differs from the brief, we ask for your decision instead of choosing a substitute without approval.
How we would approach it
Confirm the item list, supplier, collection address or delivery contact, and who is authorised to place the order.
Agree purchase and handling costs, the photo checklist and what to do if an item is unavailable, damaged or different.
Record the agreed visible details and available receipts, then hand over or dispatch according to confirmed instructions.

Example: collect two samples before choosing an order
I have selected two mug samples from a named supplier. Please confirm the exact codes and quantities, photograph the visible finish and packaging, and ask me before accepting substitutes. Once I review the update, I will confirm whether they should be forwarded together. This is an example brief, not a completed customer order.
What needs separate agreement
Visible sample photos do not certify product safety, performance or later production quality. Specialist testing, storage, returns, consolidation and international forwarding need their own agreement. Shipping depends on the item, destination and carrier acceptance; do not send samples to an unconfirmed address or assume every item can be exported or delivered.

Can you forward samples outside China?
We can discuss coordination with an agreed carrier or forwarder after checking the item and destination. Carrier acceptance, packing requirements, costs and available delivery information must be confirmed first; worldwide delivery is not assumed.
What happens if the item is wrong or unavailable?
We record the issue and ask you to choose the next step. Alternatives, returns, extra collection trips and related fees need approval. A visit or collection does not override the supplier's own terms.
