Yes. Tell us what you need remotely. For tasks, we confirm the location and share agreed updates, photos or notes. Friend conversations take place online, with time zones taken into account.

Which cities can you help in?
We’re based in Hunan and can explore tasks elsewhere through our personal network or arranged travel. Availability, access and travel costs are confirmed for each request.
Can I also book Chinese lessons?
Yes. You can request a one-to-one Chinese learning plan based on your level, goals and preferred schedule. The friend membership focuses on natural conversation; structured lessons, lesson hours and fees are arranged separately.
How much does it cost, and how do I pay?
Local tasks receive an individual quote. Chinese friend membership is US$25/month during the offer through 31 December 2026; the regular price is US$50/month. We confirm conversation arrangements, the applicable renewal price and a payment method directly. Chinese lessons are quoted separately.
Can a member also request errands or sourcing?
Of course. Send your task to us for a separate quote. Purchases, shipping, travel and on-site work are outside the friend membership unless expressly agreed.
What if plans change?
We agree the service scope, schedule and cancellation or refund arrangements before payment. If a task changes, extra work and costs need your confirmation before proceeding.
