You should know who is helping, what they will do and what it will cost. Here is how we agree the details for local tasks, Chinese friend membership and personal lessons.
Confirm feasibility & scope
We check access, local availability, language and travel needs. Together we choose the exact tasks, the person involved, update format and target schedule.
Agree the quote
We set out our service fee and expected purchases, travel, third-party charges and shipping separately. Payment, cancellation and any advance expenses are confirmed directly before work starts.
Follow the work
Receive updates through the channel agreed with you. If a visit cannot happen or the scope changes, we discuss the next step and extra costs before proceeding.
Receive the handover
We share the agreed notes, available receipts, photos or delivery information. Tell us if you need another visit or a recurring arrangement; we scope that separately.
Agree the evidence you actually need
A supplier visit might need a product checklist and authorised photos. A family visit might need a private call and a brief update. A home visit might need room-by-room notes. We choose the reporting format with you, rather than promise the same report for every task.

Quoted per request
Location, hours, access and reporting determine the service fee. Purchases, shipping, travel and third-party services are itemised separately. Sending an enquiry does not place an order.
Chinese friend membership
US$25 / US$50
US$25/month through 31 December 2026 (China time); regular price US$50/month. Agree frequency, call length, time zones and available languages before joining. Renewal arrangements are confirmed before payment.
One-to-one Chinese lessons
A personal learning plan
Choose goals such as everyday Chinese, pronunciation, travel or business conversation. Lesson length, schedule and fees are agreed separately from friend membership.
