Start with the person or property in China
Your country of residence does not determine whether a visit is possible. The task city, access, family consent and available helper do. Tell us what you want to happen and who locally can confirm the arrangements. For children, involve their parent or guardian. For a property, identify who may authorise entry and provide the key. A local helper supports an agreed practical task, not an emergency or professional-care service.
Make the time-zone handover explicit
Write your city or time zone alongside two possible call windows. We confirm both your local time and China time when setting a visit. A live call is useful only when the family, helper and connection are available; otherwise agree a private written or permitted photo update. If your region changes clocks seasonally, reconfirm the specific date instead of reusing an old time difference. Appointments remain individually agreed rather than automatically accepted.
Keep decisions, expenses and private details clear
Name one person who can approve changed plans and give a spending limit for groceries, flowers or cleaning supplies. Decide who receives the report and what may be photographed. Start an enquiry with general city and task information; share precise addresses, keys or confidential documents after the recipient and access arrangements are confirmed. Purchases, travel and third-party work are separate from the helper's service fee. Payment and cancellation arrangements are confirmed directly before booking.

Example: a family call and a separate home check
I live abroad and want an agreed social visit to my parent in Hunan, including help with a family video call. Separately, I need a visual check of an empty flat for which a relative holds the key. Please quote each task, confirm consent and access, and send the agreed updates only to me. This is a planning example, not a completed customer story.

Do you have an office in my country?
Our team is based in Hunan, China. Enquiries can be discussed remotely. We do not claim an overseas office or local representative in each visitor's country.
Does living overseas change the availability or price?
The work location in China, task scope, access, date and travel determine the arrangement. Tell us your time zone for communication; the same enquiry does not become a guaranteed nationwide service because of where you live.
Can you share the visit with other relatives?
Agree who may join a call or receive private photos and notes with the person visited and authorised family contact. Additional recipients and public sharing are not assumed from the initial request.
